[English] Resurfacing once again

The three projects aimed at revitalizing the company over the past two months are making successful progress. Can this really be happening? It’s pleasantly surprising. With each of these projects advancing, there is a newfound hope for the overall survival of the company, bringing joy to my heart.

This time, it seems like there’s a lot to learn. We’ve now discovered that each member of our company has incredible abilities, and I’ve realized that embracing some aspects of the MZ mindset is beneficial for me too. What’s more important is the understanding that, when viewed broadly and deeply, if not everyone, many individuals within the company can relate. Emotions have found their way, bringing a sense of peace to my mind.

I suffered for almost a month due to the flu and its aftereffects. Enduring such hardship from a common cold is a first in my life. Anyway, it’s almost over. That, too, brings me happiness.

My parents and in-laws are doing well, and my wife’s work is sailing relatively smoothly. Our child is taking a good rest during the vacation. Everything is gradually returning to normal. I hope our child continues to grow even more during this break.

Overall, there’s a positive energy, and 2024 seems promising. It feels comforting.

회사를 살리기 위해서 두 달 정도의 시간동안 진행해왔던 세 가지 프로젝트가 성공적으로 진행되고 있다. 이럴 수도 있나? 놀랍다. 이 세 가지가 모두 조금씩 진행이 되어야 회사 전체가 살아날 수 있는 상황이었는데, 이제 희망이 보이기 시작한다. 기쁘다.

이번에는 많은 것들을 배우는 것 같다. 이제 우리 회사의 인원들이 각각 놀라운 능력을 갖추고 있다는 것을 알게 됐고, MZ의 마인드를 일부 받아들이는 것이 나에게도 좋다는 사실도 알게 됐다. 좀 더 중요하게 깨달은 것은 넓고 깊게 보면, 모든 사람은 아니더라도, 회사 내의 인원들은 이해할 수가 있다는 것이다. 많은 감정들이 정리되고, 마음이 편해졌다.

독감과 후비루로 거의 한 달을 고생했다. 감기 따위로 이렇게 고생을 하는 것은 태어나서 처음이다. 어쨌든 거의 끝났다. 이 또한 기쁘다.

부모님과 장인장모님이 모두 잘 계시고, 와이프의 일도 어느정도 순항하고 있으며, 아이도 방학을 맞아서 잘 쉬고 있다. 모든 것들이 정상화되어 가고 있다. 아이도 더욱 더 성장했으면 좋겠다.

전반적으로 기운이 좋다. 좋은 2024년이 될 것 같다. 느낌이 좋다.
